Our Guarantee

We stand behind all products that we sell. If any item arrives defective, simply return it for a prompt exchange. Furthermore, we warranty all electronic items that we sell, which do not come with a manufacturer's warranty, for 60 days. Refer to the return policy on our home page for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return any product that you had received from us, you need to first obtain and RMA number from us. Please email us with your order number and the specifics of your situation with your request for an RMA. (RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization.)
