Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return any product that you had received from us, you need to first obtain and RMA number from us.
Returns Procedure: Please email us at the email address on your invoice, (or through this form, or simply reply to your order confirmation email,) with your order number and the specifics of your situation with your request for an RMA. (RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization.) Once we process your request, we will reply with instructions to return the product. Please note that customer is responsible to make shipping arrangements, and at their expense. We suggest that small shipments are returned through the US Postal Service, either First Class or Priority Mail, while larger shipments should be sent through either FedEx or UPS. We do our best to process returns within one week of receipt.
Returns Window: Generally, return requests must be received by us within 1 month of receipt of the shipment, and the merchandise should be returned in a timely manner after authorization is issued. If you need to return merchandise outside of this window, please explain your situation and we will do our best to accommodate.
Refund/Credit: As a general rule, your refund will be processed to which-ever payment method that you had used to pay for your order. We do our best to process all received returns within one week.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, (unless the return is a result of our error.)
We stand behind all products that we sell. If any item arrives defective, simply return it for a prompt exchange. Furthermore, we warranty all electronic items that we sell, which do not come with a manufacturer's warranty, for 60 days. Refer to the return policy on our home page for more information.

We understand that the security of your financial information is one of the top concerns when doing business online. We accept all major credit cards directly, as well as credit card and e-check payments through PayPal. PayPal is the international leader in online payment processing. They utilize state of the art security, and offer protection against fraud for both the buyer and the seller. We do not store your credit card information, (with the exception of the last 4 digits, if you pay directly.) Card number, expiration date and the security code are not stored anywhere on our servers.
